FRIDAY! I...didn't...really...cosplay. But in my defense I couldn't get there until 5pm. So I just threw on my Aperture Science Employee/Victim of the Neurotoxins labcoat. I also lost a 16GB USB
...*sigh* at least it was only the masquerade skit.... I did get to hang out with
for a while too!!
SATURDAY! wow this whole day was stressful. I finally got to wear (vaguely) boxart MEIKO during the morning but then I had to go home and finish DivaPox...that I had to wear...3 hours later.... After a couple nervous
breakdowns and a rage-quit (I'm so sorry to anyone who had to see me raging through the vendor's hall),
and I were ready for the masquerade (with the help of the wonderful
)! 2 hours of waiting backstage and the most terrifying 2 minutes of my life...we won nothing. BUT we survived our first masquerade!! I might try to be in the masquerade a PCC but...we'll see.
Oh and there was no time for a photo
shoot so we're planning one for late February. Hoorah.
SUNDAY! Honestly the best day of the convention for me. As in...the least stressful. I wore
a casual version of Gakupo (designed it myself~) and I got to spend the whole day with
(who took amazing pictures of us!).
And so I have successfully lived though yet another crazy convention...thanks to all the lovely humans mentioned above.
PS: Next I'll wear Kida Masaiomi (DRRR) at Matsuri Festival! Conichiwa is a BIG MAYBE and PCC is set in stone.
